The Director Mr Ian Bryson previously worked for Kwikform Ltd and prior to that James Scaffolding Ltd as a Contracts Manager for 17 years.
Being in the industry for many years and maintaining a good reputation working for major contractors allowed the Company to grow to its’ present size, with turnover annually over a million.
The Company values its’ workforce and has provided continued training and development, we always have trainee scaffolders working with us.
We have a high proportion of our workforce as Construction Site Supervisors and Site Managers.
The Company also recognised the importance of joining the N.A.S.C. (National Access & Scaffolding Confederation), on the basis that they were developing the new Code of Practice BSEN 12811-1 as a replacement to BS 5973.
The bulk of the Company’s work has been on the construction of schools, universities and commercial developments. These types of sites require planning, supervision, designs, resources and qualified workforce to maintain progress to a high level of safety and meet site programmes.
